Our Services. Daves Lawn Maintenance delivers Lawn Mowing, Bush Trimming, Mulch Installation, Snow Removal, Lawn Fertilization. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Daves Lawn Maintenance reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Daves Lawn Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daves Lawn Maintenance's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Daves Lawn Maintenance in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Daves Lawn Maintenance against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
